About me

Who am I ?

I am a Certified Executive Coach, (ICF) and the founder of Walk The Talk. I support CEOs, senior executives and their teams in the areas of high-performance team development, leadership and diversity and inclusion.

My rich and diverse background, I am Indian, British and Swiss allows me to deeply connect and understand my clients whatever their background and wherever they are operating in the world.

I have a Psychology background specialising and a Post Graduate in the Development and Training of Adults from the UK. In addition, I holds a Masters in Human Resources, Coaching and Career Management from the Geneva School of Economics and Management Geneva.

In my free time I am a Mentor for the Richard Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship and the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. I am also a volunteer at Maison de Tara Hospice.

In my free time I am a Mentor for the Richard Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship and the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. I am also a volunteer at Maison de Tara Hospice.

Geneva School of Economics and Management

I am also a Visiting Professor at the Geneva School of Economics and Management, University of Geneva, where I teach Intercultural Management and Negotiation Across Cultures at Masters level.
