Who am I ?

Sunita is a Certified Executive Coach (ICF) Consultant and Facilitator. She provides services to international companies in the banking, finance, media, pharmaceuticals and FMCG industries and international NGOs. She has also coached politicians and exclusive medical health professionals.

Sunita is based in Geneva and works in the US, APAC and EMEA regions. Her clients include the GAVI Alliance, Facebook, IMD Business School, The Tata Group, McKinsey, Novartis and CERN to name a few.

 Sunita has a deep experience in coaching high potential leaders both individually and in teams at all management levels. Her has a rich and diverse background, she is Indian, British and Swiss, allows her to deeply connect and understand her clients over varying contexts, whatever their background and wherever they are operating in the world. Indeed, she is a diversity and inclusion champion and consultant. Sunita has a Psychology background specialising in Occupational and Developmental Psychology and a Post Graduate in the Development and Training of Adults. In addition, she holds a Masters in Human Resources, Coaching and Career Management from the Geneva School of Economics and Management. She is also an ICF NLP certified coach and an accredited Insights MDI Consultant.

Sunita is a contributor to several magazines where she writes about career management, coaching and self-care. In her free time, Sunita is a pro-bono mentor for the Richard Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship, The Cherie Blair Foundation For Women and a volunteer at the Foundation Hospice, Maison De Tara.
